“This beautiful property quickly became home for our small extended family. Its common areas - pool deck, kitchen/living room, breezeway - all connect seamlessly. We felt very much 'together' without being cramped. The bedrooms were comfortable as well. We liked the ability to close them off and use AC or leave them open to the breeze. “Nice and cozy apartment with spectacular views. The deck leading up to the apartment is in need of some repair and strengthening in some areas, but once you make it into the apartment, it is in great conditioned. The space was generous for being a small apartment. Only drawback was the underpowered A/C units, however it did not keep us from enjoying our time there. Gia was very attentive and responsive to all our messages.”

“The location is great, I really liked listening to the ocean waves it was so relaxing. The pool is nice and private. The living room and bedrooms were ok, the extra linens and towels were just thrown in a closet on top of some house hold supplies. The kitchen is in need of some organizing The pans, dishes and utensils were just kind of placed here and there. The convection oven made some loud nosies and the gas grill knobs were very difficult to turn when lighting and adjusting the flame. We……

“We really enjoyed staying at the house & were so happy with communication & helpfulness of the host. It’s manageable but quite a long walk from the ferry, especially with luggage, so I would advise getting a taxi.”

“Gabriel answered our calls promptly and did his best to accommodate us. I shared that the oven top only 3 burners were working properly and he tried to get them repaired. Since we didn't care and the repair man was off island we just left it to do later. We enjoyed the roosters and peacocks and the privacy. It was a short distance to go to Esperanza, which was convenient to the bioluminescent bay. Thank you”

“Beautiful views of the bay . House furnishings were very good.The house had all supplies that you need. Jessie responded promptly to all our needs and she was excellent . Great property. It is very private with no close neighbors. Only a five minute drive to town. You need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to reach the home”

The house was good… It was basic, with ac in the bedrooms, basic kitchen, Basic living room, basic bathrooms. With all the beach items you could need included! Hope this helps.”
