POSITIVE: Wi-Fi is good, very good. There are fast food restaurants nearby...Hot water is available. Rooms are clean. The TV and Remote worked just fine. The room smells so good. Bed is comfortable, and there is kettle for tea/coffee. I enjoyed my stay, and I can book this place again. NEGATIVE: There is no freedom of movement. Every time you go out at day time you have to knock on the door and ask for them to open a gate for you. Sorry, I didn't like this one. However, the place is safe, and I guess they know the location better. Maybe they are doing it for the safety of the guest's car, since they know the location better. POSITIVE: The people are friendly, and I nearly forgot to mention that there is a small fridge in the room.

Super convenient location

Location was perfect. 5 minutes of walk to town, 2 minutes of walk to bus terminal, big shopping center was just behind the lodge and we could exchange money, shop, eat there. There was new air conditioner in the room and it was always comfortable to stay there. If I'll have another chance to go to Francistown, I'll use this lodge again.

Stay Away!!!

Absolutely appaling. Address provided was inadequate to locate hotel. The roads outside are under construction so access is via a one way system. No prior intimation of this. Housekeeper was unable to help with directions and we had to make several international calls to Hotels.com, housekeeper and guesthouse owner to get directions at international roaming rates for directions without any luck. Finally the reception staff at another hotel kindly sent a member of staff with us to locate the hotel.
