「Great location and comfortable room. Highly recommended!」

「Nice hotel with air-conditioned, no complaint on a hot summer day.」

「The blonde receptionist at the front desk assumed we didn’t understand English. We had three rooms booked, and I was simply holding the hand of a toddler under two years old while standing at the reception desk. She immediately started talking about extra guest charges and even suggested that a child under two years old should be charged. Are you seriously that desperate for money?

「The environment is quiet and calm that it is an ideal for staying on business trip. 」

「Room Service is Good, which stcik to the 15:00 check in policy. Breakfast : only the Coffee is excellent, the breakfast choice is not worthy for 9,50 Euro , very few choice. Cleanness: excellent The room is very clean but very small, and very very noisy, you can hear people talking on the street, noice from downstair restaurant, awfuly noisy. Two things are not satisfied: one is very noisy, the other one is breakfast is extremly simple.」

「Only one elevator, waiting time is terribly long, so most of the time need to take stairs. No refrigerator in the room, very inconvenient. Poor service, they asked me to WhatsApp whenever having issue, but they never reply. Only shampoo without conditioner… Air circulation is very poor in gym, like work out in sauna room. Paying HKD 1500 per night with such quality, really bad.」
