“The breakfast had a ton of options and was delicious. The staff, Bridgette, was phenomenal- she made custom eggs and cooked bacon fresh, helped us secure a taxi to the airport, and was generally so friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the hotel managed to get us two connecting rooms, one with a larger bed that fit two adults with the five year olds in between. Access after the front desk closed was straightforward and easy with directions sent via email. We wished we could have……

Abends den Sonnenuntergang von der Terrasse aus genießen und morgens im Bett liegen und den Sonnenaufgang sehen, das ist schon wundervoll genug. Aber der gesamte Komfort auf dem Hausboot, der Ofen am Abend , die Ruhe auf dem Wasser, in meinen Augen geht es nicht besser und der erholungsfaktor setzt schon nach wenigen Minuten ein. “Was very pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting much, perhaps something a bit small in the middle of nowhere. However, the buildings are characterful, the surrounding countryside scenic and the staff very helpful, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable although perhaps slightly dated. Breakfast was also good. Easy to reach by car and with plenty of parking, not so sure about public transport though, although it is just outside a reasonable sized town. I highly recommend it.”
