「The apartment was spacious enough for two. We did not use the kitchen but it was a decent size with full appliances available. The beds were comfortable and could be improved with better pillows. The stairs (3 flights winding) can be tricky especially when handling luggage. Communication was excellent and effective . Key pick up is off site but relatively smooth. Location is excellent with plenty of action and then slowly quiets down in the evening. Shower functions well with plenty of water...

「I wanted to give this a 5 start rating, but unfortunately just can't. It's in such a wonderful location, with public transit accessible to go in any direction a tourist would want. 「Concerns have been forwarded to host. Hoping they are fixed for the next guest. Dirty walls, broken couch, weird unsealed door in bedroom “closet”, dirty floors and rug. Very noisy due to being inside a shopping center and not sound proof to the hallway so when people go in and out you hear everything. WiFi is not very reliable, had to go out of the shopping center each time I had to use phone for anything important.」
