Hotel was located right across the street from the entrance to the train station. There were also supermarkets and several restaurants within a couple of blocks walking distance.

The first lady at the reception was friendly. The family room is a good size. It reminded me of the old school hotels that have all what you need inside. The parking situation is a bit tricky as we had a person with a broken leg and a baby stroller. I recommend this hotel with room with kitchenette and small fridge.

This hotel was ideal for a trip to Frankfurt for a recent concert. The room was spacious and clean. There were some internet issues that were resolved by a move of room.

Perfectly situated on the S-Bahn with 15 minutes' distance to Frankfurt. Unfortunately, my room was extremely hot even though there was air conditioning. Bad smell in the bathroom as the fan did not work.

チェックイン当日はシャワーが壊れており、翌朝に修理してもらった。テレビはケーブルテレビ回線のようでリモコンが２つあり、１つは回線の接続用、もう１つはテレビ操作用のようであったが、手順が複雑でうまく使えず、結局６泊のうち３日はテレビが映らなかった。

Nettes Hotel mitten in Offenbach

Beim Einchecken gab es ein Problem mit der Badge zum oeffnen der Zimmertuere. Das hat die Rezeption mit viel Freundlichkeit und profesionellen Kenntnissen sehr gut geloest. Parkplaetze gibt es nur in der oeffentlichen Tiefgarage mit einem Hotelrabatt von 2 Euro/Tag.

Versprechen nicht eingehalten!

Eigentlich habe ich mich während dem Kurzaufenthalt wohl gefühlt im Luna - aber dass der zugesicherte Weckdienst am Morgen nicht funktioniert hat (und ich deswegen fast meinen Zug verpasst habe), ist unverzeihlich!

Part of the hotel was under renovation due to a water pipe break,so at times it was a bit noisy. My room was facing the street and even at night it was fairly loud. Other than that the hotel is in a great location,right in the middle of the shopping area and there's plenty of restaurants nearby.

The good stuff: Room large and clean and nice. I liked the area around the hotel. The bad stuff: Struggled to communicate with the front desk staff. With my German skills and on rare occasions some English I was fine at the 6 prior German hotels hotels on this trip. The shower stall drained so slowly I had to stop my shower 3/4 done. The breakfast buffet was on the low end of what German hotels offer. I got the impression there were almost no other guests staying.
