Poor counter service, terrible experience
The counter service is really bad. The receptionist couldn't understand English and with a bad attitude. The room key is broken, which costed me some time to fix it. The toilet warter kept flowing and making noise. The most unreasonable thing is the fake "free of charge mini bar ". On the refrigerator, it says "The refreshments out of mini bar is free of charge ". However, when we checked out, we were all charged by the counter. In conclusion, it was a terrible experience. Won't go again. 櫃台的服務態度很差也聽不懂英文，我的房門鎖壞掉，而且馬桶水一直流發出噪音，房間裡的冰箱門上明明寫飲料免費，但退房時櫃台執意要跟我們收錢，總之是很糟的住宿經驗，再也不會去。

I'd like to recommend this hotel due to it's good location and nice staff. There is also sparkling water machine in the lobby. People stay with this hotel are complimentary . It only took me 3 min from hotel to Frankfurt Main station on foot.

出差往法蘭克福，最超值的選擇就是此酒店
首先，我住的1樓房間wifi接收能力非常好，網速快。雖然我住的117號房間床比較細小，沒有燒熱水器。但是酒店大廳有自助免費飲水機，都很好。 洗澡的水壓夠且有足夠熱水。 價格非常超值。 酒店附近治安非常好。 酒店地理位置非常好，步行去酒店斜對面的法蘭克福火車站只需要2分鐘，從機場搭S8火車去酒店，火車車程只需要不用15分鐘。 如果需要去附近的河邊逛，路程都是步行7分鐘，如果要往羅馬廣場古跡，步行前往也只需要15分鐘以內。

入住在８樓夕陽很美
剛入住時房間煙臭味很重，後來漸漸淡了，房務員很熱真清掃，可是總有缺德房客晚上在房內抽煙，導致走道都是煙味。飯店距車站很近，吃東西很方便，到旅遊景點也方便，建議房間的地毯更換一下會更好。

Close to the main train station so easily accessible for connections to the airport, around the city and even to the National lines too. We went to Cologne one day so getting to the station was no problem. As for sites around Frankfurt, 10 minutes walking distance to the main tower and Romer Square. An ideal hotel if you’re wanting a good location with a good price.

The Savoy lives of the brand in the UK
The rooms are very outdated with equipment not working and tired carpets. Doors didn't work in the first room we were given. We lnsisted on an alternative room. The bar was non working. The hotel looks overall very dated in a bad way.
