Great stay! Bars and clubs close by was a lot of noise on the weekend but was easy to sleep through it. Breakfast was really good too. I would stay here again.

Good hotel in a scary neighborhood

Very comfortable bed! Clean room. Near the central train station with all types of transportation access. However, the hotel is in a scary neighborhood with homeless people.

Wonderful stay

Great stay at the hotel. The location is a bit dodge but once you’re inside the hotel, it’s like you’re in another world. Modern. Funky. Nice furniture. Very comfortable bed and the beddings. Friendly staff (Nina and Noa).

The hotel itself is Amazing and The staff are so nice , but the moment you step out you see all the homeless people and there’s a sex working area right there. Amazing hotel wrong location.

Didn't feel comfortable here

I would absolutely not recommend this property to women traveling alone or families. It is in an "up and coming" neighborhood and I wish I has stayed elsewhere

Bad Experience

A hotel that absolutely does not care about customer relations. We sent an email about an issue before the stay, and they never responded. I would never stay at a place like this again. If you want to satisfy your guests, start by valuing customer relations.

The staff were very nice and the property inside was cleaned / acceptable. The outside of the property was a bit untidy and a bit smelled of urine as you walked towards the Main Street.

This property is not suitable for families based on the area it it in. Groups of drug dealers and takers operate along street the hotel is on and the 5 minutes walk to station was not comfortable at all.

Stayed here while in Frankfurt and honestly, the hotel was fantastic. Super clean, incredibly comfortable, and everything worked just as it should. The bed felt like a cloud after a long day, and the place had a calm, cosy vibe that made it easy to relax. Now, the location.. well, it’s not exactly the jewel of Frankfurt. Bit rough around the edges, and not somewhere you’d wander around late at night just for fun. But I knew that going in, so no surprises there, and it’s definitely not the hotel’s fault. Once you’re inside, it’s a world away from what’s outside. Would stay again.

Very satisfied for the price. I stayed in one in Kiel 2 years ago. Both were good value for the price. This one -- in Frankfurt am Main -- was noisy outside in the middle of the night. No problem with other guests based on noise.

Good for a Few Days But...

Honestly, the hotel is fine. Most of the staff we encountered were very helpful. The area the hotel is in is close to a lot of useful places, HOWEVER, the area it is in is infested with drug dealers and users. With that said, the drug dealers and users are about their business if you mind your own.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked properly. Delicious buffet breakfast was available for a reasonable fee. Close proximity to the train station made travel around Frankfurt and surrounding areas very convenient. Some areas near the hotel weren't very safe, but avoiding them wasn't really that difficult. I would recommend this hotel, but not for families with children. Auf Wiedersehen. See you next time.
