"My new favorite stop by Frankfurt Airport - great food in the top floor restaurant especially the curry cream coconut udon, sauna and delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Shout out to Denise in reception. Sven the bartender and Ali the server. All top-notch. Looking forward to returning."
"A very convenient place to stay after a long flight. Very practical hotel. I think they have to move smoking section far from main entrance since when you get in and out, it is so disturbing. The towels in the rooms are so old. The staff were great and professional."
Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel & Conference Center
8/10 Good
"Everything was fabulous. My only concern was that the room was quite hot despite setting the thermostat at the lowest temperature. That said, I live in a country with ample and abundant air conditioning."
"Nos hospedamos 5 noches y solo al segundo día de haber llegado nos limpiaron la habitación. El resto de los días no volvieron. Se nos acabó el jabón de ducha al tercer día, pedimos en recepción y nunca nos lo llevaron."
"I have stayed at this hotel before since it is conveniently located next to the Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof). Everything about it is wonderful. The rooms are spacious, quiet (in spite of the outside traffic), clean, up-to-date, etc. But the most memorable thing about this place used to be the breakfast buffet. This time is was on a minimalist scale, and without any great offerings that I would find memorable. When I travel I always try to stay at hotels that have breakfast buffets with great local variety since it might be hard to find any restaurant early in the morning elsewhere. I was disappointed this time. I hope they improve and return to their glory days."
"The stay was excellent. Great location in proximity to the airport, very nice minimalist but elegant rooms, amazing decor, very clean-smelling, and the greenery surrounding the backside of the restaurant area (with outside eating option) was nice. The shuttle service provided every 15 minutes to the airport was nice and the hotel is within walking distance to an Edeka (big plus)! There's a 15 Euro fee to park and for breakfast. The restaurant has a simple menu (check the website) with reasonable prices; the salmon I had was delicious and moist not overcooked/dry! Everything is paid with a credit card, so don't expect to get rid of any excess Euros that you don't need during your stay if you're departing the country.🙂 The staff was great! If you're old school and wear clothes that need ironing, an iron/ironing board are available upon request. Overall, excellent accommodations for the price. You won't regret your choice."
"I recently had an exceptional experience at the Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport. The staff's warm hospitality made me feel welcome, and the environment was both clean and inviting. I was particularly impressed by how attentive and professional the staff was, which stood out as a key highlight of my visit. Additionally, the hotel offers great access to the train, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. I fully recommend Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport to anyone seeking a short stay in a safe area while visiting Frankfurt, and I look forward to my next visit with great anticipation."
