it was a pleasant stay and a peaceful sound of the creek day and night never hooked to Wi-Fi but it was a good thing the therapeutic sound of nature is one with this cabin

The cabin was very nice and the little creek in the backyard is great.The only problem we had was that Vrbo did not give us the correct phone number for the owner and it made checkin difficult. On the day we were leaving to come there we could not communicate with the owner to assure we were good to come. Made for an anxious day.

Loved this Rental

It was very clean. The creek was great. I was out every morning drinking my coffee. Great location, we loved the small town of Franklin. Loved the shopping and restaurants.

Great location and many really nice amenities included that were thoughtful and very welcoming. Creek sounds were relaxing and added to the ambience. Bed was very comfortable. The screened porch was surprisingly large for the size of the cottage. We hope to return. Great hiking and waterfalls and vistas so close to the cottage. We really enjoyed our stay

We loved the cottage, it was like where my grandmother lived so I felt like I went back in time. It was so cozy and the screened in back porch is where we spent most of our time. Kristi was very kind and went above and beyond to make a our stay wonderful!!! Thank you very much.

Tiny gray cottage

I love staying here. I only wish they supplied more towels and washcloths. We were there 5 nights and had 4 for the both of us. We bought wash clothes because reusing them is not an option for us. Also it would be nice to have a larger tv.

Absolutely beautiful space!

The little gray cabin is absolutely beautiful, perfectly situated, attentively maintained and a perfect spot for a couple to discontfrom the world We had some small issues with internet connectivity, but the owner and manager both bent over backwards to take care of things I can’t recommend this place highly enough, and look very much forward to another stay in the future

Came to Franklin to visit with son's and this was just right for the two of us.

Very nice. I personally spent most of my time at the gray cottage just sitting on porch enjoying the stream. Even tho the kitchen did not have a stove the other small appliances worked great for what we needed.

A very nice place but could of used more hooks in bathroom and more counter space where the welcome.

Wonderful Stream Sounds!

The cabin was clean, well appointed and the perfect healing space for a solo female traveler looking to get away from the busy city! I really enjoyed the extra treats : popcorn, granola bars and candy. I will definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your special place.

Property was just as shown! Brook was nice but we picked a time when it was too cold for us to enjoy. Would definitely choose an earlier time to stay. Location was great could visit a number of falls which were spectacular!

Exactly what we needed

This small cottage was exactly as advertised and precisely what the doctor ordered for two vacation starved adults. The place was clean and well thought out for a 550 square ft space As many reviews have mentioned, the creek 3 feet from the back porch was so relaxing and the porch itself was huge. About the only thing I would suggest was that the owners should invest in a larger TV. I realise that a lot of people wouldn't care about this, but for $300, you can get a 40 inch screen. Just a minor complaint. April, the property manager was a pleasure to work with and very kind when we lost (well, thought we lost) our key. We will definetly be staying again if we are in the area. Enjoyed my stay

The property is nice for one person or a couple. I loved spending time on the screened in porch listening to the water. The property is clean, well-kept and as promised in the description. It was closer to other properties than I hoped. I would give my experience the highest rating except for the barking dogs (incessant) in the neighborhood and the loud vehicles of the neighbor across the way.

Staying in the backyard shed

It looked like a shed someone had built and added on to. The front door ramp was too far away from the single parking space. Which was under a large walnut tree and off of another drive. Walnuts fell on the car. The back door ramp leading from the screened-in back porch was very steep. I rented this property with the ramp because I had just had major knee surgery. I was very disappointed that the pictures didn't truly discribe the cottage. We also had to kill wasps around the front door. Inside was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and had adequate bedding. We paid a cleaning fee but had to somewhat clean the property before leaving. Why pay a cleaning fee? Pretty disappointed all the way around.

Charming and relaxing

My husband and I had a relaxing and refreshing stay at the little gray cottage! The stream was peaceful and the location was quiet, yet located close enough to amenities like the grocery store for convenience. April was a very helpful host! We will definitely stay again!
