「The house was perfect for 4 adults 70+. Lots of wallabies, pademelons, chooks and birds passing through the back yard. We didn't get much of a chance to use the deck and see some sunsets because of the weather which was a shame as we could see it would be spectacular. Great location. 「In November 2023, two friends and I enjoyed a week stay. The house was very clean and well-organized. Each of the three bedrooms were a generous size with a comfortable queen bed and mirror. The bathroom, featuring a toilet, along with a separate toilet, proved to be very convenient. The back deck provides a great view of Mt Wellington. 「My wife and I plus our 5 adult children loved this house. It was clean and well presented with linen, towels and good quality furnishing. A fantastic view up and down the harbour. Only a 5 minute drive to a great little shopping area near the beach plus only 5 minutes to the centre of Hobart for the night life, Cafe's and selection of restaurants. We will be back.」

「Our accommodation was perfect as we had 3 couples and 2 singles. The bedrooms catered exactly for this. You could walk to most places however it’s quite hilly. The owner was great to deal with and was happy to accommodate early arrival or departure if possible. The place looks recently renovated which was nice. I would definitely recommend. If I had to pick one thing that could be better is the need of an extra couch. The place holds 8 people however the couch holds 6.」
