「We stayed for just one night before our Le Boat rental. This hotel is literally a three minute walk from Le Boat. Very convenient for that. The hotel is a little dated. I was locked out when I exited the building to put my luggage in the car. Fortunately, there was a security guard close by who helped me regain entry. I have stayed at a number of historic properties before and this one is maintained to what I would say is a minimum level (peeling paint and wallpaper, beat up furniture), which is not to say that it is not clean. 「The staff are very friendly, the price is reasonable and there is AC. As well the breakfast is very good. That all said, the hotel could easily get 4 stars, but it needs a bit of work. The buildings are in rough shape and our shower didn’t work and there was no hot water.」
