「The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. 」

「Great stay. Host communication was excellent. The condo is in excellent shape, with all the amenities in great working condition. Very clean and well kept. It doesn’t have air conditioning; there are a few fans and you may want to keep windows open in the summer. Parking is plentiful. 」

「the condo itself was great. Very good location. Good shuttles, I did not take advantage of. Easy drive to Winter Park. Unit was advertised with ski closet outside and advised to use. Was later told it was not available to guests. Fine with me. Also, advertised with hot tub, which they had, but did not work very well. One the jets didn't work, the other didn't have enough water. The front door did not lock. tried every combination possible with no luck. Contacted Grand Welcome at least four...

「If you follow the past reviews they sum up our stay. Cleanliness, comfy beds and linens, stocked kitchen ,perfect location, room to spread out, reasonably priced and the owners were very accomodating. What more could you ask for!」

「This condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need in the kitchen.Our host, Cedric, was quick to answer my texts when we lost our connection to the internet, persevering until we found a resolution! We rode the Lift to the mountain each day. Worked beautifully. Beds were comfortable w lovely bedding, smart tv - so bring your streaming passwords. Thank you Cedric and Sarah for opening your comfortable condo to us! Happy New Year!」

「Condo was perfect for my husband and me. Well maintained and had all the necessities for our stay. Only disruption was the BNSF trains that come thru at night! No set schedule, random times. Just keep windows closed or barely cracked. 」
