「Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!」

「This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

「The place was newer, clean and well organized. The location is great for activities in the area. We didn't use it during our stay but the kitchen was nicely setup with everything you would need if you wanted to cook in. It didn't bother us during our stay but it is near a railroad crossing and you'll here trains when they come through. We would stay here again if we visited the area. 」

You just got to stop get your keys before you get to the condo and re-confirm the address otherwise you may not find it. 「Place was very clean upon arrival and just as described. It did take us a bit to find the room as we arrived when it was dark - the condo number is hidden from the road and the hallway is dark. Also, the place is cold and takes about an hour to warm up. Would have been much more comfortable if it were warm for us, but not a deal breaker. Kitchen is well stocked. Would stay again! 」

「The condo was very well stocked, conveniently located, and had nice amenities. We stayed for a week in winter while snowboarding at Winter Park resort. It was a short drive to the resort (free public transit also available). The condo was spacious, comfy, and had everything needed in the kitchen. It is close to the clubhouse which had laundry (credit card/app), a nice gym, and pool/hot tub. Definitely pay attention to the directions provided by the host as GPS usually takes you to the wrong...

「We enjoyed our stay here, the condo had everything we needed while we were here. The Meadow Ridge Club added extra fun to our trip and everyone there was very friendly and helpful! The only downfall was the pillows were all very hard. I recommend bringing your own pillows if staying here. 」

「Overall: Good value priced place to stay.Opportunities: The 'make ready' crew needs some coaching. There were 4-5 little annoyances that could have been avoided. i.e. one of the TV remotes was missing batteries, there was a soap wrapper left in the bathtub. The guest toilet was clogged when we arrived. All of these should have been caught by the last staff before rental. On the maintenance side was the guest shower diverter would not completely go to shower or tub - it was stuck in the middle....
