Wedding and event use is available by prior arrangement only and includes exclusive use of the home and property. Pricing below is all-in for the house, venue, and standard amenities.

Wedding Pricing (All-In)

Peak Season: June–September

Weekday weddings (Monday–Thursday): $6,000

Weekend weddings (Thursday–Monday): $14,000

Shoulder Season: May & October

Weekday weddings (Monday–Thursday): $5,000

Weekend weddings (Thursday–Monday): $9,000

Most wedding bookings include multi-night stays. Dates, group size, and lodging details are confirmed prior to booking.

Winter & Off-Season Weddings (November–April)

From November through April, there is no separate wedding or event fee.
The nightly price shown includes the house, venue use, and available amenities.

Please note: winter conditions mean no tenting, staging areas, or outdoor event infrastructure. Benches, tables, and outdoor furnishings are available but are typically snow covered during these months.

Lodging Bundles & Honeymoon Bonus

For larger celebrations, we offer custom lodging bundles with nearby homes, including additional 11-bedroom properties close by, allowing you to host your entire wedding party while keeping everyone together.

When you bundle multiple Casa Vista properties for your wedding, you automatically receive a complimentary one-week stay at our beachfront house on Caye Caulker, Belize, to enjoy as your honeymoon, at no additional cost (subject to availability).

Additional homes typically start around $1,000 per night with a three-night minimum.

The Home

Casa Vista is intentionally designed to support large groups and events in a mountain environment. To help ensure smooth stays, the home includes redundant systems and equipment, such as multiple ovens, refrigerators, cooktops, dishwashers, water heaters, and backup heating sources. These redundancies allow the home to remain functional even if individual systems require attention.

The kitchen is built for volume cooking and catered events, featuring industrial sinks and extensive cookware suitable for both casual meals and large gatherings.

Bathrooms include upgraded finishes, and guests can relax after a day outdoors in the indoor sauna or indoor and outdoor hot tubs, all set against panoramic mountain views.

The home offers a flexible bedroom layout with a mix of ensuite rooms, bunk configurations, and accessible accommodations, allowing groups to spread out comfortably.
