This two-story home sits less than a mile outside downtown Fraser, giving you excellent access to the Fraser Tubing Hill, the Fraser River Trail, and a great assortment of restaurants, breweries, shops, markets, and other conveniences. With its 23 lifts, 166 trails, and 3,081 acres of skiable terrain, Winter Park Resort is also less than five miles south.
After a summer day of hiking and mountain biking, spend golden hour outside on one of the two decks. The first features a gas grill for evening barbecues, and the second offers a bistro table for cocktails at sunset. In the winter months, gather by the gas fireplace in the living room as the snow piles high outside or take a soothing soak in the hot tub. Set up a board game at the dining room table, or stretch out on the leather sofas with a movie on TV. The kitchen is well-equipped for making hearty meals, offering stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for three. Catch up on some work using the free WiFi at the built-in desk before turning in for a restful night's sleep in one of the bedrooms, each paired with its own full bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
