The main level showcases an open floor plan with large windows, vaulted ceilings, and a spacious living room that creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere. Relax on the large leather sectional by the fireplace, and enjoy movies, games, or your favorite TV shows with WIFI access. The dining area acts as a divider between the living and kitchen areas, providing ample seating at the large table and additional spots at the breakfast bar. Sleeping arrangements include two primary suites with king-size beds, two additional primary suites with queen beds, and a bunk room featuring three sets of bunk beds. The bunk room is equipped with flannel sheets for winter stays and cozy bedding for the rest of the year.
The lower level features a second living room with a kitchenette, perfect for snacks and beverages, as well as a full-size pool table and TV for entertainment. This level also includes a queen primary suite with a full bathroom and laundry facilities.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited. The Homeowner Association regulations do not allow smoking on the premises, and a fine of 200 per day will be imposed on guests who violate this rule.
