We are located in the Rendezvous development, approximately 1 mile from the town of Winter Park (walkable), the Rendezvous Event Center, & less than 1/4 mile from the Lyft bus stop for access to Winter Park resort (3 miles away). You will have the opportunity to experience gorgeous sunsets & miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, or X-country skiing just steps away. You are in the wilderness waking to crisp mornings & cool evenings. We see moose, fox, deer, & bears on a regular basis.

Relax on the balcony with a glass of wine after a day of hiking, biking, skiing/snow boarding or just hanging out in town shopping or wine tasting. A huge dining quartz dining table provides plenty of space if there is a full house. There are two separate family spaces equipped with large screen Smart TVs & fireplaces upstairs in the living area & downstairs in the bonus area. There is a huge area in the back that is just outside the back door where dogs can go out. (Note - it is not fenced). There is a view from all of the windows facing the back of the mountains in the distance. The master bedroom & queen guest room also have their own Smart TVs with views of the open space in the back. The neighborhood is dog friendly.

Our neighbors are extremely welcoming to our guests. There are several dogs for yours to play with. We also have access to a dog walker & dog boarder if you need it.

The Fraser Valley Recreation Center is a short distance with a hot tub, sauna, tide pool, lap pool, fitness center, & classes for a reasonable day pass price. There are groomed X-country ski trails at the entry to the Rendezvous development. The path connects to Fraser - you can ski for groceries at Safeway! For security purposes, there is a Ring doorbell camera located by the entry door.
A BBQ is provided at the house, however, please be aware that we do not refill propane. We will reimburse you if you need to fill the propane. If you will arrive late, local stores may be closed or if it`s a holiday may run out of propane so it is advised to bring your own propane tank. if you plan to use the BBQ on the day of arrival.

To make this property affordable for smaller groups, there is an extra guest fee of $15 per person after 2 people (except 30+night stays).

The age minimum is 25 (families with kids welcome). Parking is for 3 cars; near the top that there is an EV Outlet in the garage & the type of outlet is NEMA-14 outlet - you will need to bring your own cable.

Refundable damage deposit is $100
Refundable cleaning deposit is $350

45-day cancellation policy and for shortened stays
Although we love puppies, we cannot accept dogs under 1 year old.

Note: The cleaning fee for 28+night stays is higher than the short-term cleaning fee in the listing.

For stays 28 nights or longer, the cleaning fee is $285. The difference between this fee & the initial cleaning fee paid upon booking will be collected along with the deposits before check-in.

Immediately after booking you will receive our short rental agreement to review & accept.

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.

PETS: We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.

We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.
To participate, follow the wick and easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you and your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out and make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.

The Short Term Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is $25 per night per pet If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you and your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day.
The Short Term regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is $50 per night per pet.
The Long Term Pet fee (28+ nights or longer) is $150 per dog per month. For non-shedding pets on the list the monthly fee is $95 per month.

There is a refundable pet deposit if more than 2 approved pets of $500.
