Perfect winter park stay!

This place was exactly as described online. We got to bring our dogs, which was great, and plenty of room for us, extended family and the pets! Gorgeous views from deck and hot tub. We had an issue with the code to get in and the property management was quick and very helpful. The only thing I would say is to invest in better pillows and even mattresses in the bunk room. All of us had sore necks, but the rest of our stay was excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful but disorganized.

We rented through VRBO but dealt with StayWinterPark. We were supposed to get access codes for our keyless check-in through their portal but never received anything . We had to call to get the code to the door before got there. When we arrived at the property, the code did not work. We then had to call the after-hours number to get the correct code. The code we received was correct but we were not given the garage code to get into the property. Once in, there was nothing a welcome binder or and instructions for the property. Our unit had a hot, but it was locked and, again was nothing given the code to unlock the hot tub. We had to call AGAIN to obtain the code to unlock the hot tub. We were never given the front door code so we had to go in through the garage instead of using the front door. The dishwasher did not work, and all the dishes in the kitchen were filthy with crusted, dry food and soap scum. We hand-washed all of the dishes before using. The unit was in a great location and we enjoyed the walking trails in the neighborhood.
