Welcome to your perfect mountain getaway in the coveted Rendezvous neighborhood of Fraser! This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home offers plenty of room for large families or groups seeking adventure and relaxation in Grand County.
With two living rooms and two expansive decks, there’s no shortage of space to unwind or entertain. Enjoy stunning views from the comfort of the private hot tub, perfect after a day of exploring nearby Winter Park Resort, Trestle Bike Park, or Granby Ranch. You’ll also have direct access to Rendezvous' scenic hiking trails right outside your door.
The fully stocked kitchen, featuring high-quality cookware and appliances like a Ninja blender, makes preparing meals for your group easy. Gather around the large dining table for shared meals and game nights, or relax in the spacious living areas. A half bathroom is located just off the main living room for added convenience.
The home also includes a large garage with parking for two, plus additional parking for two outside. As an end unit, you’ll enjoy extra privacy, though please note that the neighborhood is currently under construction, and occasional noise may be present.

Perfect Mountain Getaway
This house was beautifully and comfortably furnished, well stocked, clean and centrally located to everything we wanted to do while in the area. The property manager was quick to respond to communication, even when we arrived on a Sunday. Highly recommend this home and hope we can return for another stay.

Nice place, beautiful views, lovely hot tub. Would have loved some couch blankets, nice to cuddle up on. Had a problem with tvs and family couldnt watch movies. They kind of tried to fix it but it never got fixed so we huddled around a laptop.

Family Ski Weekend
This is the perfect house for two families with kids. Each couple had their own room and the kids got their own room with bunks, a trundle bed, and tv. The kitchen has everything you need and the large dining table was great for eating & games. The large garage makes mornings a breeze and the hot tub was the perfect ending to a fun day of skiing. Thanks for the hospitality!

Wonderful home, great location and all the amenities you need
We had a wonderful time. House we located right next to the bus stop so easy to get to the slopes and downtown without having to drive. Plenty of room and all the amenities you need. We would definitely stay again!
