「This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

「Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!」

「Great location, very close to town. The pool and tennis courts were great!」

「Very good communication through the entirety of the stay. room is all you really need for one person and it is well maintained. view is great, would stay again. 」

「This unit was beautifully redone. Complete luxury inside.」

「Great location, great views, wonderful neighbors and very clean. We did have an issue with the tv, however, the management company was contacted and made aware for future guests. The dumpster has a lock on it, but the neighbors were able to provide a key at one point. The VRBO provided most of the basic necessities and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this stay!」

「Nice little 2 BR close to the club house. The only issue we had was at check-in. We had to get a physical key to the unit and when we checked in I asked about the clubhouse pass and was told it would be waiting on the counter in the unit. It was not. We had to drive a few miles back to the front desk to get it. Upon check out, I was informed I would need to return the key to the front desk a few miles away, but leave the clubhouse pass in the unit and take a photo to send the manager. The front...

「The property was cozy and quiet, perfect for a short getaway. The price was amazing for the location and quality. We really appreciated the ski retreat vibe of the interior!」

「The place was newer, clean and well organized. The location is great for activities in the area. We didn't use it during our stay but the kitchen was nicely setup with everything you would need if you wanted to cook in. It didn't bother us during our stay but it is near a railroad crossing and you'll here trains when they come through. We would stay here again if we visited the area. 」

「Super well stocked kitchen and very clean!」
