"I never write reviews on anything. I always try to be positive and be the one who looks at the glass half full instead of empty.. but with this place I had to write one. This property would’ve been a great place to stay in the early 90s. Everything was so outdated, which is fine with my family and I if they kept up on cleaning the property and rooms. We had burn holes in one of the bed linens. One roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Disgusting place. Pool was cold. No hot tub. Staff was alright. Asked for a later check out we were told 1230. We had a cleaning lady open the door up at noon without knocking first. Scared the crap out of my daughter. Then the lady wanted to proceed to argue with me telling me nobody from the front desk told her we were checking out late. I hope they figure it out, Sooner than later. It really left a bad impression on ever staying in the grayling area again. I would drive right past this town and stay in Gaylord. "

"Did not get to the pool. There was crumbs on the bed ledges and the sheets were not on right. Definitely made us uneasy sleeping on them. Didn’t even use the bedding to cover up with brought my own car blanket in cause we felt that uncomfortable."
