Room 215 is a surprise for my husband and I as we had a last minute booking. The heart shaped tub was so nice! The bed was one of the softest beds we had ever slept in. Highly reccommend!

What I requested was nothing like what I received. The halls had a damp musty smell, the sheets were stained, and the elevator was not only janky but the registration was at least a year past expired. The small benefit is that there is someone on staff at all times and because our flight was severely delayed and we didn't get in till after midnight.

Happy to see the former Red Horses Inn being kept in good condition by the Confort Inn folks. Room was clean and updated. Front desk were courteous and helpful. Will consider for next trip. Excellent location.

Our room had a terrible odor which was only made worse when we turned on the fan. Staff gave us a bottle of Febreze as a solution to the problem. Not impressed!

Stay was good. Staff were friendly. Towels were GREAT!! Beds were comfy and pillows as well. Elevator is a little funky but once you figure it out...it's good. Hotel itself is older but they have worked to make it better where they can. I would stay there again for sure. Oh breakfast was good as well. Several options.

The room was not very clean and all there was brown and white stains on the curtains the breakfast you had to go into the basement to get to and there was an employee they're telling us that that was all the eggs they had in that plate for 80 people she kept saying it and saying it to everybody so it made you not want to eat the breakfast but the air conditioner was good the staff was fairly friendly I would only use this place for a ASAP stay I do not recommend it for anything else

Been there 3 years in a row. This year the elevator was not working properly, had to push the open button to get out. Maid service was not. Stayed 3 nights and had to get my own towels and put my trash by my door. Will not stay there again!

One of the chairs could have been replace. Dirty stains. H by bottom curtains either washed or replaced. . Had to walk down to basement for breakfast. Not good for bad feet folks. It’s an old hotel I found the beds clean comfortable. Bathrooms also clean. breakfast satisfying.

Our experience was OK, for one night. The hallways had odors of smoke in some areas, and deodorizer in others. Our room had neither of those, but just smelled a bit stale. Otherwise the room was clean and the tv worked fine.
