Very nice cabin. Nice size family room/dinette area for everyone to sit while we caught up, watch football games and there are games to play. Unfortunately due to flights being cancelled and delayed did not get to enjoy it as much as we hoped.

The home was perfectly located, beautifully decorated, very clean, well stocked/appointed, and charming. Host was responsive and friendly! We had a great stay and would recommend staying here. Only recommendations would be better seating/furniture options in the living room...sofa is well loved but could use replaced and need like a sectional or 2 sofas maybe to comfortably seat more than 3-4 adult guests (there are dining chairs but not cozy seating) Also, the upstairs room did get really warm, just because the heat rises from the living room....not sure of best fix but a little toasty!

We loved our stay at the 1840 log cabin! The home itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and just steps from the main strip—everything was within walking distance. Danny was a fantastic host, super friendly and responsive, and even let us check in early. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic VRBO - historic with all modern upgrades. Meticulous and well thought-out design. Danny was responsive and needed help at check in. We cannot wait to stay again when we come back in December and hope this home is available again! Best in Frederick!!!!

Log Cabin January 2025 trip

This is my go-to place to stay in Frederick, where I visit a sister often. It is a historic cabin beautifully renovated, very comfortable and clean and in a to die for location: right downtown, close to the night life and restaurants of Market Street but just far enough way so that the property itself is quiet and peaceful. Love it!

Perfect space for our 3-day stay for a family event. Close to lots of restaurants and parks. We practically walked everywhere. The house was comfortable and well appointed. First Maryland Trip

This cabin was easy to find, with off-street parking, and near the beautiful downtown area. I travelled with individuals with disabilities and found the spacious layout very accommodating to our needs. The bathrooms, common room, kitchen, and bedrooms gave it the cabin vibe, were comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. WONDERFUL STAY

Enjoyed our stay so much that I’m now planning a girlfriend trip at this lovely retreat in such a charming town! I cannot recommend it enough. Amazing stay in downtown Frederick

Very charming home located in downtown Frederick. Very clean and organized. Beds were super comfortable and the owners were quick to communicate during our stay if we needed something. Walking distance to most of the bars and restaurants. Definitely highly recommend.

Perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. There’s a brew pub on the corner too. The home is clean, quaint, and has a warm welcoming feel to it. We cooked several meals in the kitchen and got to just hang out and enjoy the family room area too. Really positive experience overall.
