The property could be excellent but the cleanliness was definitely challenging. The house with the ping pong area and two bedrooms was less than expected — the bunk bed room had bugs in one of the beds and so 3 girls shared one bed. Totally disappointed with it and they left after one night. The air conditioner was woefully inadequate in the bunk room and the ping pong area needs some type of air conditioner or is totally unusable. The main house was acceptable but the dishwasher definitely needs to be replaced. A few more pans and some serving bowls would help. No way to use the grill outside since it was apparent it has been a while since it was cleaned. The coop needs attention to the bathroom door — can’t be closed The area is beautiful and the deer make it very attractive, but it is difficult recommending the houses at this time.
