Great little spot

Property was in a nice area, plenty of parking, close to a lot of stores. Wife and I enjoyed walking the dogs around the quiet neighborhood and to the close coffee shop. Plenty of space for people to sleep if you bring people! Host was very quick to response for anything we needed, definitely referring this place to people!

Great location and love playing ping pong every day!

My family had a fantastic time! This cozy house is fashionably decorated and well stocked. We brought extra supplies and did not need it at all. Location was great. Just a 20 minute drive to Enchanted Rock, we hiked during the day and hung out in downtown Fredericksburg shops and restaurants. The ping pong was a nice surprise. It was so much fun! Thank you so much!

Fabulous place and fabulous weekend. Joe Bachmeier has a wonderful home. It was clean and exactly what we were looking for. The games were great especially the cornhole & ping pong. 🏓 The neighborhood was safe and quiet and a perfect location to all the wineries were visited. We will definitely be back and will stay here again. If you’re looking for a spacious home with all the fixings and close to Main Street & the wineries-THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!

Mid century Mad Men meets Texas: Casa Agava

Wonderful, fun, cute and comfortable house. Very clean, large bathroom with plenty of hot water for three showers in a row and very fun, fully equipped “vintage” kitchen. Cheerful throughout!My husband and grandson battled it out on the ping pong table and loved watching March Madness basketball on the easy to figure out smart TV. The owner was available, but we never had an issue to discuss. My husband and I came to Fredericksburg to work remotely while our son was attending a camp nearby. The house was perfect for our purposes. There are 2 main bedrooms and a bunk room off the kitchen. The two main bedrooms have a wonderful desk setup, the Wifi kept up with my video calls and my husband's calls. We had our dog with us as well. The house is beautifully done. The kitchen is so cute with the aqua appliances and island seating area. The backyard was great for being able to let our dog out occasionally. The front porch was so lovely and my husband sat on the porch swing every day we were there to enjoy the lovely breezes. The location of the house was very convenient to Main St. We opted to drive everywhere as it is summer and we were working most of the day time hours. The owner was very prompt in replying to any of our questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again.
