It is a very cute house! The bathrooms appear to be updated with beautiful tile and fixtures. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. It has so much charm with wood floors, trim and beams. It was a great location to Main St. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. Great stay!!

Adorable cottage

We enjoyed our stay very much! The beds were comfy and the AC was nice and cold. We spent the evening in the hot tub and fire pit was a huge plus. Location is very close to dining and attractions.

Christmas in Fredricksburg

We stayed overnight to enjoy the shops and wineries. This house was perfect for us- very cozy with all the amenities and ambiance we could have hoped for, in addition to the location.

Wonderful house, great for 2 couples! Absolutely loved the jacuzzi and fire pit! It’s a bit of a walk to the main downtown area (20-30 minutes), but we quite enjoyed stretching our legs after a long day of driving. And it’s a safe area, and a flat easy walk. We didn’t use the grill or kitchen, but there is basic cookware available. We also didn’t bring a pet, but I love that it’s such a pet friendly place and that they don’t charge more for bringing your beloved mascot!

We had an amazing trip in Fredericksburg! This house is really adorable! The street is a nice, quiet culdesac. We loved the porch & the outside patio. The downstairs bedroom is adorable and the bed is really comfortable. The upstairs room is a more of a loft room and the shower head made it a bit of a challenge. It’s just a 8-10 minute walk to the historic part of main, & another 8-10 minutes gets you to the downtown area. Stopping in places along the way makes it breeze by. At night, recommended to Uber because there aren’t street lights in the neighborhood (due to town ordinance). It was absolutely perfect for a fun, relaxing getaway!

Great house for a Family of 6 plus a Goldendoodle! Us & the kiddos enjoyed our stay very much! My wife & I walked Main Street from West end to East end & back to the haus. It’s definitely doable, however, a 2 minute drive to park & walk to the best spots is even better with kids / group. Cozy, clean, and comfortable!

Fredericksburg Girl’s Trip

We had a wonderful trip! The house was very cozy & comfortable. The walk was nice & not too far to Main Street in a quiet neighborhood. We loved seeing the deer daily!! Fire pit & hot tub were definitely a plus. The upstairs bathroom was a little challenging with the shower head just being handheld but we managed.

Girls getaway

My daughter, me and my granddaughters had the most wonderful time shopping along Main Street in Fredericksburg…..also, the eating places are amazing !!! The house was perfect for the 4 of us……beautiful interior and had everything needed for time spent away……Eric was the BEST with my questions and responded immediately to my question…..the icing on the cake were the deer seen walking the street every morning…..soooo sweet !!! Highly recommend staying in this lovely home !!!

Amazing stay!

The property has a cottage feel to it, and a nice backyard. It's cozy, but it had plenty of room and is nicely appointed. This was an amazing place to stay. The property was freshly renovated and it was done well. All of the bedding, towels (that were new and freshly washed), T.Vs, and most everything in the house is brand new. You can tell that the owner spent a lot of money and time making it perfect. Also, the property is a short walk up to main street. And, on the way, we saw 6-8 deer grazing in a neighbor's lawn. It made the kids' day.

Beautiful home in a great spot. Even the neighbors were nice! The house was extremely clean and the bed was really comfortable. The hot tub was already set and ready to go, which I appreciated after the hike at Enchanted Rock. The shower pressure was awesome. I cannot say enough about this home. While it is close to Main Street, it is about a 15-20 min walk to the busy areas, and there aren't a lot of Ubers. Which isn't bad, unless you've had too much great wine. 😆. We will definitely return!

Great Getaway

We loved the house and location! Great place to bring your four legged family member with fenced backyard. The hot tub was great and so was the fire pit! You can sit on the porch swing in the front and watch the deer eating in the lot across the street! Will definitely stay again!
