- This property is suitable for children/infants. Please note: The house is not child-proof.



- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes, and up to 2 pets max and no weight limit. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Yard is not fully fenced, please have dog on a leash if outside. There is wildlife on the other side of the property, please be cautious. Don't allow pet(s) near wildlife animals.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. Since this property is on the edge of vast farmland, you may see an occasional bug and/or critter.



- Please Note: The homeowners have a separate, detached garage apartment located on the property that they occasionally occupy during guest stays. To ensure privacy, the yard has been fenced for guest use. While on-site, the homeowners do not enter the main rental or access the private backyard space, and they make every effort to respect guest privacy at all times.
