Prime spot and beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great location which is near to all the prime spots. The car charger was an added bonus for us. Saved us some gas money moving around towns within Fredericksburg. Highly recommend!

Anniversary/Birthday Trip

What a precious cottage! The sitting area outside was so nice and what a beautiful country view! The bedding was all great quality and comfy! We enjoyed our stay very much so! Location is great as well being right there in town a few blocks from Main st. The little house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

AC was poor at best. Dog barking

A/C was pretty bad, barely would cool the place.Thermostat was very difficult to work with. Even after watching the video twice. Neighbors dog would start barking about 7am every morning and bark nonstop till way past 10am. Yard was not taken care of. Hot tub was nice.

Such a cute house! Loved all of the decor and special touches! Very comfortable and quiet neighborhood, close to everything. We saw deer in the yard at night!! Such a relaxing trip! The owners were prompt to respond and so easy to work with.Highly recommend this property!!

Great rental. As advertised. Everything worked. Nice outdoor sitting area. Quietly at the end of the steet. Good bed. The one bathroom is conveniently between the bedrooms. Would rent again.
