Perfect for a girls’ weekend getaway! Home was comfortable with adequate space to spread out. We found that it was stocked with more than I have experienced in a vacation rental, complete with pool towels, bluetooth speaker, and exceptional barware. Beautiful decor with wonderful attention to detail and Joe was a great and responsive host. Will def stay at one of his properties again!

Perfect for a family

My mom, daughter, sister in law, niece, uncle, and myself enjoyed this property so much. Perfect location for shopping on Main Street. The accommodations were great, super comfortable, convenient, and fun. This house is beautiful and fun with its decorative design. It looks just like the pictures, if not better! We had an exceptional stay at the Cosmopolitan in Fredericksburg!

The property was nice and well appointed. We did not use the pool, it was quite cloudy. The hot tub was nice. The home is spacious. The only downfall about the property is that it's on the main street and the road noise was pretty loud and bad at all hours of the night. 3-6am was loud 18 wheelers and loud vehicles going by very frequently. The owner did provide "noise making machines" in the front two rooms, possibly to help mask the noise from the road. Other than that, great stay.
