A week in Fredericksburg

This was the perfect spot to explore the Hill Country. Every thing is within striking distance from this home. Also very walkable to Fredericksburg main drag. The house was very comfortable and well appointed.

Nice but needs attention

The front porch light did not work. Trying to enter a house in the dark was scary. And tree limbs blocked the walk way from driveway to rock walkway to door. Needs trimming. Other than those issues it was very nice.

Get away stay.

Property was perfect for us. Everything we needed was provided. Property updates were great. Enjoyed Fredericksburg, Luckenbach and the wineries. Will definitely return. Thank you.

Couple of comments. The back yard was torture for our little Yorkie. Tons of bugs and ants. He suffered numerous ant bite several times we put him down outside. I carried him most of the time because there were so many ants. Consider treating the yard. The tree in the front walkway was overgrown so we were unable to use it. We walked through the flower bed filled with large rocks to get to the front door. There was no body wash. Empty container so we used shampoo for body wash. The cream in the fridge was curdled. Not a big deal - we went out and got coffee and bought some cream. Big thing - the bed is not a good mattress - our bodies ached - way to hard. Consider a mattress topper? Last - we took very short showers and didn't have enough hot water for two showers. Very small hot water heater for that size house. Positives, Great location, felt safe, clean. Thank you.
