Looking for the perfect spot to spend your time in Fredericksburg? Come and stay in one of our cozy tiny homes; each one has its own unique style and layout. Tiny but spacious describes the home's interior. Each has a comfortable place to sit and relax and either a full kitchen or kitchenette (microwave & Refrigerator only) for making a delicious snack or meal. Easy Check-In Process
We use Happy Guest for a seamless, app-free check-in experience. Just complete your rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple refundable security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction) to receive your arrival instructions. If you'd prefer, you can opt for a Non-Refundable Damage Waiver instead, which provides coverage up to $1,500. The waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay! We couldn't get in our room twice in a row!

We wanted to upgrade and get a second night, which they agreed to… When we came back from an outing of golf, we could not get in a room and there was no response from anybody and our things were inside!… I still don't know if we can get inside and we're starving!

Beautiful cottage in perfect location

We loved this cottage! The cottage and the area were so clean and well kept. The location is perfect for visiting the downtown area or nearby wineries. The Edge winery which is on the same property was also so fantastic. Everything was perfect. I would definitely rent again.

Amazing experience

The resort at Fredericksburg was a great experience! All the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The cottage was just as I had pictured it and it was very relaxing! I would recommend it to anyone.

Would not do again.

I would not stay here again with more than a spouse. It’s too small for 3 girls trying to get ready with one mirror in the bath room. Needs some full length mirrors in the bedrooms. How can you have a full kitchen without any pots and pans. No paper plates, silverware, cups. The winery was closing by the time we got out of our meetings so we were never able to have a meal or glass of wine. Much easier to stay in town with restaurants near by.

Description of property was exact. Very quite and peaceful after a long hot day! Our casita was quaint, clean and cute! Very close to all the shopping, but far enough to have quite! You won't be disappointed! We will be back!

Small relaxing cottage

Property was close to downtown and close to the wineries on 290. Nice cozy place. There is only one TV in one of the bedrooms. First winery resort I have stayed at that didn’t have a bottle of wine waiting for us or atleast let that be an option at the resort winery. But overall great place and reasonable price.

Super cute cottage Could use better seating configuration and a larger bed andTV in secondary room. KITCHEN takes up a lot of space but is not stocked and has no seating for eating. And “L” shaped banquette would make more sense and/or a patio table. Check in was super seamless and communication with host timely and responsive!

THIS IS A LITTLE HOUSE, BUT ITS JUST LIKE A HOTEL ROOM, KITCHEN WITH STOVE BUT NOTHING TO COOK WITH, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THEM ONLINE BECAUSE WE HAVE A FULL SIZE BED, THAT WAS NOT VERY COMFORTABLE FOR A COUPLE , THEY DID SAID ONLINE THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING IN THE KITCHEN IT JUST SUCH OF WASTE OF SPACE, THE BATHROOM IS VERY SMALL TOO, CLOSE TO TOWN, NICE PATIO DECKS, OVERALL NICE AND QUIET
