First time staying here . I loved it. The room was spacious staff was friendly, lived the pool and hot tub and breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Next time in Fredericksburg , I will look here first . Everything was walking distance in town

The staff was incredible! Even before I arrived, Dee was helpful and friendly when I called about late check-in and was super friendly once I arrived. When I needed to extend my stay Evelyn went above & beyond to help arrange. And Seth exuded customer service. The inn is not new and has some wear but the housekeeping staff does an exceptional job keeping rooms crisp and clean. Will stay again~

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had what we needed and was clean. The pool area is very nice, I do wish there were some umbrellas for the tables or chairs out there, but still very nice. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops as well as museums. Nice place to stay for a convenient location, clean room and friendly staff without breaking the bank.

Excellent value. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and spacious. We liked the fact that the bathroom sink/vanity was separate from the enclosed toilet & shower. Also, it’s a small detail but I really appreciate it when I can put my whole hands under the running water in the sink. I only wish the bed were slightly more comfortable but it was fine for one night. Would stay here again.
