The Space:

Wonderful compound with back cottage that welcomes up to 12 guest. Plus 2 private hot tubs. (Note: The guesthouse, Wagen Haus, the Hot tub is unavailable and pending repairs. The hot tub at the main house is still operational.)



Main house (Ressman Haus): 4 bedrooms with 4 kings size beds with 3 full bathrooms

Back Cottage (Wagen Haus): 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed plus 1 sleeper sofa in the living room area with 1.5 bathrooms. Must climb stairs: there are stairs in the cottage that lead up to the loft area where the bedroom is located.



*No Dishwasher in both main house and back cottage

Guest Access:

Our guests have full access to the entire home plus back cottage (Wagen) , and have full access to their own private hot tub .



Getting Around:

You are a short drive to Main Street and we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

- This property does allow children/infants.



- Pets are NOT allowed.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.
