Master bedroom suite with private entrance. Two blocks from Main and War Museum, Otto's. Great location to explore FBG on foot. Private little entrance area with a 380 SF room. Shared walls (insulated) with one other full BNB apartment and my house. Extra-long soaking tub, large walk-in shower, a traditional wall shower, and a rain head. The Space:
The room is the old guest/master bedroom of the main house that I live in and has been newly remodeled. The private access is from the rear of the house. There is a little space to dine-in if you wish or do a little work if you need. There is a large coffee pot, with coffee and tea provided. Also a microwave and mini fridge in the kitchenette area. The mini fridge has a small separate freezer. The bathroom has an open design with a curb-less shower. The tub is in the corner and extra long and deep for soaking! Landscaping is still progressively happening (and the 2021 SNOWVID didn't help!). There is a shared wall with another Air BNB unit. The other shared wall is that attached to my house - My personal office is next door so little or no noise. There is a double commuting door that is only used when I have personal guests. The door is not accessible during stay and fully locked on both sides/both doors. Fire pit is a fun place to unwind after a long day. Also the back area is all your's to use. It is a great jumping of place to hit all the Hill Country has to offer at a great price. STR#8056000793.
Guest Access:
You can access the entire front yard and fire pit area. You can park your car off street in my driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Nice neighborhood especially at night. Side street gets a little busy during day but its all local traffic avoiding main street. The bedroom is not against any street and very quiet. Schubert street is great to walk-down and I know most of our neighbors.
Getting Around:
You can bike and walk most of downtown area. Only three short blocks to wine shuttles or schedule a pick-up.
Other Things to Note:
There are shared walls for this unit so be aware, but it is all private.
Interaction with Guests:
I live next door so feel free to text me any needs. I sometimes am out of town and one of my host's will assist you.
