Great family vacation spot

This is our 2nd time to stay here with our kids and grandkids. It is the perfect place for our family of 10. The house has plenty of space and very comfortable, but the outside area is our favorite! We ventured out a couple of times, but I would have been just fine hanging out at the house all day.

Another Year Impressed!

Absolute Charm truly lives up to its name! The house is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully maintained, and had more than enough space for our whole family to relax and enjoy our time together. It was stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay easy and comfortable. We stayed here last year with our daughters and their families, and we loved it so much that we came back again. It has become a special place for our family, and we already can't wait to be back next year. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious, and welcoming place to stay!

Well provisioned, self contained family getaway. Quiet country location with a relaxed vibe, yet only minutes away from the historic charm of Fredericksburg. Sunny Oaks is a standing event on our calendar.

Multi Generational Gathering

This home is located outside of the city limits of Fredericksburg in a rural peaceful setting and we loved it. It's only about 10 minutes from wineries on 290. We have stayed at this property several times before and we continue to go back for many reasons. It is a fantastic set up for a group of a family of multi-generations. It has something for everyone. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. A well stocked kitchen to make breakfast for a group. A pool, hot tub and covered pavilion which is a must In the hot Texas heat. Gazing at the stars at night in the Texas summer sky with no light pollution made our stay memorable.

Well-appointed house with perks!

Fantastic house for a large group. Plenty of space for 8 - w/o sharing beds or anyone being on the couch. Kitchen was a great layout and had everything we needed to prepare several meals. All seating areas were perfect for a large group to all be together. Outdoor living/kitchen area was our favorite for coffee in the morning. The pool was a total plus for us. And the hummingbirds were a lovely addition to our time outside.
