Would pick the crown plaza across the road every time over the hilton. The rooms are not sound proofed at all and kids screaming kept us up all night. No door stops on the sliding bathroom door, both of us jammed out fingers quite badly. Not a horrible stay but definitely not the best experience

The staff were the best part of this hotel. I was surprised how few options were in the hotel and area for entertainment as it is the historic capital. The restaurants outside of the hotel were exceptional but I would choose a hotel with better access to shopping and entertainment next time.

The printer in the business centre was unable to connect to the server. This prevented us from creating essential document handouts for an important business meeting. It also caused an embarrassing delay while we sourced an alternative. Also, the body lotion dispenser in our ssuite washroom was empty. Not up to Hilton standard in our view.

Great in Downtown Fredericton. Many amenities surrounding the property, make it easy to get around without needing additional transportation. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Overall good stay... but a few so-so bits
Restaurant food was quite good. Staff was willing to help when needed. I didn't like the in-room thermostats because they only have an auto function, so not much flexibility. My first room wouldn't hold heat and when the heating unit turned on it was loud and rattling. Someone came to inspect and told me this was normal... so I requested a new room, which was provided immediately and in the new room, heat was normal and no rattling. Also received no housekeeping for a three-night stay - I didn't really need it and I'm sure the hotel would have corrected it if I had asked, but there's a big sticker on the washroom mirror that says "housekeeping every other night," so maybe don't advertise if you can't fulfill; also, for a few hundred bucks a night, why isn't there a housekeeping refresh every day? So I thought overall value was only OK.
