Very clean and within walking distance of all the downtown shops, the museum, theatre, restaurants, and more. Dog-friendly (a big plus!) and located in a VERY quiet neighbourhood. Communication with the property manager, Ashley, was excellent—she was very prompt and helpful whenever I had a question. The only downside for me was the thermostat control. We prefer a cooler bedroom at night, and the thermostat controlled the entire apartment. Not a negative—just something worth noting for others when researching.

We were very happy with our stay in this apartment, it had all the basics required to be comfortable, is nicely renovated, and great location. We also enjoyed the record player and vinyl selection.

My friend and I both enjoyed our stay here. The neighbourhood was quiet and in a nice central location. There were a couple little details we noticed about some general tidying that was missed but overall a clean and very comfortable space. Our dogs also enjoyed the space and the small yard in the back!

Very comfortable & convenient stay

Just finishing up one week and I have to say the central location was incredible, plus this neighborhood in downtown Fredericton was quiet and very peaceful. The accommodations were clean and just the right size for four adults. For what we needed this was ideal. Definitely look forward to returning.

Shivering songs + cozy Vrbo stay

I was visiting Fredericton for a local music festival and my stay at this vrbo rental made it all the better. Walking distance to all the hot spots as well as safe and secure. Felt just like home.
