The room was spacious and clean. The host was eager to give me advice on what the best tour groups were for the excursions I wanted to do. The beaches were in walking distance. One was to the north of the property and the other was fo the south. I was there the week of the New Year’s Carnivale celebrations. ...

Staff was friendly and the suite was very nice. They gave you pool towels to use at the beach across the cay, as well as free passage on the water taxi to/from the cay to use the beach! Everything was wonderful!

Very good to excellent overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Service at dinner was sometimes very slow, but I believe it was due to kitchen backups and some under staffing, not the wait staffs fault. Food was expensive in general. Still It was a great vacation!
