Downtown Frederiksted hotels in Frederiksted

"Property definitely in need of maintenance. Sliding closet doors did not work and screen for door to balcony torn. Staff removed one closet door so we had access. Bed comfortable though pillows justbok. Bathroom nice and towels good quality. Biggest complaint is that there was only one restaurant on the property (the other one listed is closed). The food at the Deep End was good but service erratic, sometimes fast, sometimes slow. Menu limited. And biggest issue is that the restaurant is not part of the resort. So we had to have a credit card with us, could not run a tab and pay at the end of our visit. Did have a great Caribbean show on Friday night. Best fire dancers I have ever see . "

"Air conditioning work great. Our room was super clean. Place is a little old and outdated but kept up well. Has a very nice island atmosphere. The staff was amazing super friendly. Especially the manager roxy. I would definitely stay here again."

"All around, a nice place to stay. Not luxurious, but perfectly adequate. No major faults. The staff may give the appearance of being aloof or unfriendly, but I perceive this as a cultural difference and not a fault. Perhaps a natural shyness. Don’t expect obsequious friendliness, as experienced at some hotelsl chains. Just genuine kindness. "
