「Promised an art drawing class at 12:30 on Tuesday. No instructor showed up. 6/17/26 showed up at 1 pm. Too much seaweed. No one cleaned it on Tuesday. Other beach had no beach chairs, only picnic tables. No shuttle to town. Shuttle to casino No one working at the front desk in the middle of the day Machines were broken in the East End coffee shop. Activities director doesn’t work on schedule.」

「I really enjoyed this resort! Everyone was friendly and the beaches/property were clean. There were alot of fish in the ocean but that's their home so pretty much nothing you can do about that and I choose adults only when I travel solo because I don't want to hear kids screaming so I did not like that the hotel was adults only, but the beach is not. The food at the beachside cafe is good but expensive. I got shrimp and rice and it ran me $48.00. Lover the cinnamon raisin buns at breakfast!」

「What a great location with 5 star views. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves for the 5 days we stayed. The resort could use a little updating but I’m not complaining because I loved every bit of our time there. Breakfast is amazing! I’m so sad it’s going to be turning into a club med. 「We arrived to the property late due to delayed flights. We drove ourselves from the airport. The hotel was difficult to find at night. Once we arrived to check in the process was simple and easy, the front desk staff was very helpful including sending another employee to show us where to park and escort us to our room to ensure the keycard worked and everything was ok. 「Love the kitchen and private balcony. The bar and restaurant are great but there was a private event happening on my last night so I couldn't use the free drink tickets I got when I checked in. Going forward maybe a heads up or something if one or both of those will be closed during your stay would be good, that way we don't miss out on the opportunity to go there or use the amenities (ie free drink tickets).」

「I love the room. It was spotless and well laid out. We had a lot of room. The balcony was wonderful. The view was wonderful. The keyless doors were great too. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and lovely. The little store on site had a lot of nice last minute things. Amenities, drinks, snacks, souvenirs, and toiletries. The drawbacks were pretty minor but here they are: the water pressure in the shower was very low, so don't use a whole lot of soap....

Having been an Expedia client for many years, I rely on the their information for making decisions about locations to consider. This time we were duped. We were told of dining and bar options that were either closed permanently, closed early, or provided very limited options. 「It’s a very old hotel that is going through renovations. So if you’re ok with roughing it, it’s not that bad. We wanted cheap last minute get away and at 500 for 4 days for 2 people it was do able. I would stay here again once the renovations are complete.」
