「Terrible smell and unfriendly staff. Could t stay longer than two nights. We left.」

「We had our wedding here. Very happy with that process and the staff’s assistance. Every staff member we dealt with was great. Dinner at the resort seemed expensive. Food was ok. Again, staff were great. We stayed in two different rooms. They were large and comfortable. Cleanliness was ‘ok.’ Not great. AC in one room super cold, the other, not so much. The beaches were fantastic. Property overall was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.」

「I would the balcony maintain much better so guests can sit outside to view, the view are gorgeous but because of the bird poop you could not go out there」

「I was very comfortable at this hotel. They gave me a very nice room overlooking the wharf with Cay in the background. I did have a leaky air conditioner in the room and an outdated TV that was very blurry. Those minor things didn't interfere with my stay. I stay there again.」

「The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Parking was also inconvenient since we had to park on the street. The only staff member who really stood out was the security guard. He was very friendly, gave us clear directions about where to park, and helped us find our room. His kindness and helpful...

「Our shower did not work properly, tv never worked, for us old folks music too loud, Brian was great tried hard to correct issues. Liked the location on the Stand. Loved the patio on the second floor with comfy couches. The Restaurant at the hotel was awesome, we ate there twice. The best steak I’ve had in years.」
