“The hotel is a fun place to stay, we had a few issues with getting towels, they were always short on beach towels. The beach was cute but not anything like advertised in their pictures, beach was not cleaned up, very rocky, lots of cigarette butts in the sand. They also rented out the patio and beach space to other guests from the outside, which made it somewhat feel crowded, they also had kids around the area, even though they advertised it as an adult only hotel. “The sand castle in St. Croix is amazing. It only let me give five stars. If I could give 100 I would. Everyone was so kind and friendly. There were two beautiful pools and plenty of beach, chairs and umbrellas to go around. The beach was just stunning and is steps from the hotel. They provide snorkeling, equipment, kayaks, chair, covers, and beach towels at no charge. We stayed in the Secret Haven Villa which was perfect! The management even brought in a mattress pad when the bed was a little……

“The room was comfortable and had more amenities than other places I have stayed in St.Croix. The owners were friendly and helpful. The views were beautiful and the breeze enjoyable in the evening. “The room was great, except we should have asked for a room on the first floor, as the stairs left us out of breath. Checking in was a breeze, front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The beach chairs and the ferry are at no charge to guests of the hotel, that was a nice surprise. They are renovating rooms and improving the amenities. The beach is perfect. “Horrible experience. Hotel does not answer their phones and thats the only way to check in. They do not have a traditional front desk. One phone number is disconnected. The others just ring. I was unable to check in and still have not received my refund. ”

“The apartment truly does sit in the heart of Christiansted - a perfect location for popping out to a local dinner, browsing local shops, heading out for an excursion, or ducking downstairs to the juice bar. The space was well maintained very clean, and provided everything we need. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Christiansted.”
