Cute and relaxing two-bedroom upper apartment in the heart of a quaint yet vibrant college town. Situated on the Lake Erie wine trail, this is a great home base for all that WNY has to offer! We are within walking distance of local eateries, less than 1.5 miles from SUNY Fredonia campus, ten minutes to Lake Erie, thirty minutes to Chautauqua Lake, and an hour to Buffalo/Niagara Falls. Whether here for a short weekend or a longer stay, we’re confident you’ll feel right at home!

Perfect Place

This unit was very clean and pretty. A truly lovely, quiet neighborhood. A great place to relax in their beautiful living room. Beds were oh so comfy. The icing on the cake with this unit was the quick response we received from the owners any time we had a question. I would definitely book this place again.
