Fredonia Hotel with Pool

"Best location in Springdale. Its right in the middle of everything."

"The hotel was next to the park entrance, units have ample space, clean and relaxing. Will definitely be staying here in our next trip to Zion."

"Thought the property was located in a perfect position to restaurant choices and great shops. The shuttle was great and came frequently to get us to the park entrance. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was such a great spot outside and so refreshing after a hike. The deer on the grounds were an added bonus! Breakfast was very good and the gift shop and ice cream were wonderful! "

"Always enjoy coming here. The staff is always friendly & helpful. Front desk even changed the location of our glamping tent to one that we requested when she didn’t have to, which made all the difference for us and our stay. We will be back again!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location is perfect for walking around downtown. Another plus, there is a breakfast buffet in the morning. I will very much come back here when I go through Kanab!"

"There were small things that didn’t work properly… the sink faucet needed to be tightened so it didn’t flop around and the toilet lid needed the same. Occasionally could smell sewage smell via shower drain. Needs to be addressed if possible. Still a great property and would recommend. "

"My husband had medical issues and we had to leave. Comfort Inn would not refund the money for the last day we were unable to stay. Medical issues should be acknowledged as a reason to cancel. Our first night was great until we needed to get medical attention. Hotels.com was willing to cancel, but we were not able to contact a manager of Comfort Inn in Kanab, Utah. Very disappointed!"
