“Condo was very clean and on 2nd floor overlooking James St. No elevator. While there are 2 doors for the building, the code to get into the building only works on the back door (safety? Or we did it wrong) and not the front door on James St.Basic simple amenities- providing only what was needed which was totally fine for us. Could have used an additional blanket for the bed. We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors……

“This place is amazing! Brand new home that has everything you need to make your stay amazing. They have thought of everything you need for your stay. All you need to bring is your clothes and food. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again.”

“Upon entering you feel like you’re right at home. Fully equipped Kitchen and the bathrooms were equipped as well . The house is very spacious and pet friendly. There is a dog park where your fur babies can run leash free just a mile down the road. We are looking to see when to rebook for next year!! Beautiful home you will not be disappointed! Plenty of eateries and shopping within walking distance.”

“Cute little apartment located in the heart of ludington, close to shops and restaurants. Linda was super helpful and quick with responses. It was a great stay for New Years Eve, but wouldnt have stayed for New Years day since none of the shops were open. ”

“Staff great. Air conditioner remote doesnt work. Carpet dirty..socks ,feet become dirty..could use a chair in the bedroom...and another light in the dark living room. I enjoyed the location and felt safe....other than seeing men pee at nite against the back and side building's.”

“This review is for the house next door…1house closer to the lake -not this house. Due to a glitch in booking we were asked to stay in the 4 bedroom, 2 bath house next door. I can’t remember the booking title but I’m sure you could contact the hostess and ask about it if you need bigger accommodations.Location is key here! So close to Lk. Mi, the State park, a cute park on the channel, easy walk to town. The big covered porch is great for people watching and relaxing. The street there is busy but……
