“Great Place!”

“Great location! Nice setup with a private balcony. Good communication all along. Single designated parking spot, which was nice and close to the apartment. Had some minor cleanliness things, like finding some popcorn in the pullout couch. Generally clean and nice. The AC split had a little trouble keeping up with the extreme heat, but that is not a major issue and was probably true for most AC units, but is worth preparing for. Not a lot of little extras, just your basic setup, which worked for……

“A peaceful house in a peaceful town”

“This was the perfect home base for our travels. Super close to the beach and very clean. The owner is very easy to contact and makes every effort to be sure you have a great stay! Would definitely stay again!”

“We rented this house for several friends that were visiting for the Manistee National Forest Festival. Everyone was very happy with the cleanliness, location, and amenities that the property offered. Lots of hot water even after several showers. Quiet neighborhood, but still just a minute from shopping and just 5 minutes from downtown.”

We could’ve taken a blanket from the other bedroom—-we just turned up heat instead. There are working smoke detectors……

“We really enjoyed the property, the backyard, and the location, which was a 15 minute walk to downtown. The host was very communicative and flexible as well. Our favorite part were the S'more ingredients as a welcome gift, which was just the push we needed to have a fire. Thank you for a great stay!”

“Great location. Thank you for sharing your place!”
