「My room was as far away as it could get. In spite of asking for ground floor i was on third floor at far end of hall. Bed hurt my back so much i had to sit in a chair to ease it. No wake up call.」

「TV didn't work and they were going to put us up on the 2nd floor even there wasn't hardly anyone there on the 1st floor. I said why don't you just up-grade us and they said it was because we got the room from your site nothing could be done. They finally found us a room on the other side of the hotel and we had to pack up and move. There was no paper in the room about the WiFi password and I called the front office. I let it ring @ least 12 to 14 times and no one answered. I had to leave...
