「Great hotel and a great location. The property was super clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, modern, and very well maintained. My only suggestion would be to improve the complimentary breakfast. It was okay, but not quite at the same level as the rest of the hotel experience.」

「Staff member at the front desk greeted me with the biggest smile and hello. Very personable, pleasant and provided information about the property without me having to ask any questions. Upon leaving the property I had a minor issue with my exit card, and of course she rectified the issue immediately. As I drove out of the garage, she was standing there waving goodbye and making sure I was ok. OMG! Incredible customer service!!!!! Thank you soooooooo much Alicia! 🤗🙂💐」

「If you're not familiar with the property and the maze of one-way streets in Charlotte it's a real bear to get into the place, especially after driving for 4 hours in the rain at night. The staff was very pleasant and the room was spacious and clean. The bed very comfortable although it was very difficult finding extra pillows.
