“Beautiful cozy home in a perfect location! Close enough to walk to the boardwalk but just far enough to enjoy peace and relaxation from the crowds. The views from the front deck are amazing, with the boardwalk lights across the water glowing at night while you enjoy the warm firepit & listen to sounds of the seals in the distance, surfers and otters in the bay, palm trees gently blowing in the warm breeze, all right across the street. The house was clean, cozy and welcoming, with comfortable……

“Beautiful rustic beach location ! Beach condo was great! 3 different levels with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Master bedroom did have an odor near bathroom but hopefully can be addressed. Home well stocked with lots of nice extras. Clubhouse has tennis, pickleball, swimming and hot tub. Very private and quiet area! We would definitely stay here again. Another chair or 2 by windows looking at beach would be great! We moved chairs from bedrooms to allow all to sit and watch the beautiful beach! ”

“WE didn't have any contact with the property manager (none required, so I can't comment on that) - the towels and house smelled very musty .. the washer had mold in it .. and suspect that is the reason for the musty smell. I expect some "dampness" from beach living .. but it was more than that. One item to note - the banister rungs for the stairs is not up to code - I could fit my head through and a small child could fit their whole body. We brought a baby gate for the top of the stairs.……

“The place was more spacious than expected from the ad. There is a separate kitchen, which had everything we needed, and a generous supply of food items. The location was perfectly situated with just a short drive to beaches and the gorgeous Nisene Marks Forest. Shopping and ample restaurants are nearby. The family lives upstairs and there was hardly any noticeable noise. We had all the privacy we needed. Host was very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend! ”
