Absolutely gorgeous hotel. The staff provided excellent customer service from check-in through out our 3 night stay, everything was top notch!!! We enjoyed the beautiful gym with all the “state of the art” equipment, along with the beautiful pool and bar area. A true gem for Santa Cruz!! We will surely be back!!!

The moment you pull into this hotel you feel luxurious. The staff is amazing from the time you get out of your car. Everyone was helpful and smiling.The room was awesome, we had a King room with a balcony view of the ocean. The pool is amazing with firepits and views of the beach.Our bartender at the pool was April, she was the best,gave us some tourists spots to see.We had dinner at the low tide bar,the food was amazing and the drinks were awesome,we loved talking with our bartenders and Dylan (double d) and Alicia were very attentive and friendly. We cant wait to go back to this resort. I am already planning my next trip.

Wonderful property, great and very helpful staff. Loved the spacious room and big bathroom, and patio with seating. Details in room and throughout hotel are beautiful! Enjoyed our dinner at High Tide, and Low Tide.

Beautiful ocean view with balcony. My daughter used the spa for a facial and enjoyed the outdoor spa area with the sauna. Wonderful staff and stay overall.

The room was amazing - the bed was the best we slept on , we had 8 hotels this trip and it was the best! The location is the best - walk to all the top spots. The staff need training - except valet who were on point

Incredible stay

Top notch hotel right across from the beach. Beautiful property, wonderful staff, the best beds and pillows and luxurious bath products. I will be back soon.

We had an excellent experience in the new hotel. Low Tide had great food and drinks, the service was super attentive, the pool, spa and room were nicely designed and at high standards.

The aesthetic is very nice. It's the only five star spa in the area. You want to keep that in mind when booking as you will be charged for this feature. The staff was very polite, courteous, and professional to the guests, however not to each other. I pay attention to work culture dynamics. The food quality could be better. The spa is very nice, but the staff follows a choreography and clock when providing services. Over all for me 4/10.

The minute we pulled into the valet, the great service began. The bellman was very friendly, offered information and explained how things worked in the room. We were able to check in a little early and offered a glass of champagne upon arrival. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud! We will be back.
