Family Vacation

Check in went smoothly. We did have a little hiccup with the parking but the owner handled it promptly. This property was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi! The house had a spacious kitchen that was very nicely appointed. It was such a relaxing atmosphere inside and out. I wouldcomeback to this property.

First time to San Diego, and we picked a winner!

My family really enjoyed their stay at this rental property.The views were incredible The Poland's bond was very relaxing.I came in with the plus for the boys.The property was very well kept and clean. Any questions that I had was answered very promptly. I look forward to staying at this property again next summer

Fantastic stay

Our party of 6, 4 adults 2 children 11 & 8 loved this place. Plenty of space inside & out. Instructions for everything everywhere which was really helpful. Walking distance to an English pub which was great for us Brits to watch the soccer! We even walked to Little Italy & seaport. Pool & hot tub great although paying extra to heat it was a little expensive. Front terrace was amazing to watch the planes & yes it was a little noisy but it wasn't too bad. WiFi connection in the master bedroom was non existent but fine everywhere else. Overall this was one of the best villas we have ever rented & we'd all thoroughly recommend it.

Perfect Spot!!

We had a really wonderful time at this VRBO!! The location was wonderful, the beds were COMFY!! And the amenities were everything we could need and more. So much fun to sit on the patio to watch the planes roll in and then take a dip in the hot tub after. Manager was prompt and available in communication. I knock off one star for accuracy bc the listing shows a 2 car driveway and only 1 car is allowed in the driveway. Parking is a little bit of a hassle with the rules but we managed.

Amazing Vacation

We had an amazing time at Blue Lagoon. The house was perfect for my family including a 5 month old baby. The views were incredible!! Watching the planes land on the front patio was very cool, and the backyard was a quiet tropical oasis. The bedrooms were spread out & allowed everyone their own space. The house had everything we needed- lots of labels and QR codes throughout the house to operate things. The staff and owners very immediately available and responded to our needs quickly. There were a few hiccups with the spa remote not working & garage door opener not working, but a solution for both was quickly resolved. The location was perfect, 10-20 min to everything we wanted to do-the zoo, SeaWorld, USS Midway, Old Towne, Little Italy, Seaport Village & Gaslamp, and La Jolla. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental & company. Our trip to San Diego was perfect!!

Perfect Birthday Surprise

I flew in 5 friends to surprise my husband for his 40th birthday. The house was perfectly set up for a great weekend away - it was clean, well stocked, and spacious for all of our guests. The hosts were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to requests. I would absolutely hook this place again in the future!

Fantastic oasis in the city!

We had a fantastic stay here with my family (and didn’t want to leave!!) The hosts were very responsive to our needs and helped make everything as comfortable as possible, which was super important, as we were traveling with my oldest son who is terminally ill. We liked being close to everything and would definitely stay here again!

Great place for families with young kids

We stayed here with as 2 families with young toddlers and it was the perfect house for us! We made use of every part of the house, and loved that we were able to enjoy the hot tub in the evenings while the kids were asleep. The master bathroom also had heated floors which will now by my inspiration for my future home! Loved the location, its proximity to the airport - not having to worry about getting up super early to account for travel time was awesome. Also very close to the zoo, balboa park, and lots of great food places! The host was also very responsive! Would definitely stay again when we visit SD.

Family birthday trip

Perfect spot to stay for a San Diego trip, especially if you're going to the zoo. Great house, owners are extremely helpful and responsive and the pool is great. Would stay again.

Lovely home close to everything

This very comfortable home was ten minutes from everything - the zoo, Balboa Park, SeaWorld, downtown and the waterfront. It was a great spot for our family of five, in particular the pool, which our kids used every single day as the perfect way to finish off our busy days. We would definitely stay here again - no one wanted to leave!

Great location and wonderful view

Location is close by downtown San Diego and the airport, 4 good sized bedrooms, and a nice kitchen too! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Relaxation right in the city

Excellent location, close to the trolley and many locations. Pool is excellent, be sure to ask for heating. House is well-maintained, the check-in system is easy, and the management company is very responsive.

Wonderful home!

The property was perfect for our family - it was very clean, had plenty of space, and our kids would have spent all of their time in the pool if they could. We appreciated all of the recommendations provided for local restaurants and nearby activities.

Luxury Accommodations Ideally Located in the Heart of San Diego

This property was exactly as advertised! Immaculate and spacious with countless amenities. Staff from Rental With a View was professional, communicative and accommodating. Would absolutely book this property again. No better place to stay while enjoying San Diego.

Family Vacation

We booked this location as a family - great common spaces and spacious bedrooms. Walking distance to Little Italy - through residential/business area near airport. Really enjoyed the pool and outdoor space! Game room was a hit, and very clean upon our arrival. Great and seamless communication with our host before/during our stay!
