We feel safe in this area. The building has modem art decorated and renovated. The bed and bath room were clean and new. The self-packing garage is next to the building.
I enjoyed the view of the room. The front desk people and service was sub par. They had condescending attitudes and were not willing to make adjustments.

The staffs at the reception desks were not honest.
Telling me that I have connecting rooms but I did not.
When asked what happened, the man said the hotel was full but the girl said she has but still gave me two rooms that were not connected
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The location was perfect. Some many different things to do within walking distance. The room was clean, staff was friendly. My fiancé and I stopped by the restaurant twice during our stay. No complaints. Plan on visiting San Francisco again and will definitely be staying here.

This hotel has ZERO amenities. No robes, very limited wifi, no laundry, no pool, no room service, not even a place to buy tylenol. The cleaning crew and front door staff were awesome, but that was about it.
